She is bred by & owned by: Heather Felty, Marcie Brunner, Raina Brunner.
In her very first show out (4-6 Month Beginner Puppy) at the Cascade Whippet and Hound Specialties, Phoebe was awarded a BOS at the AWC BPUP show, a BOS and a BPISS (BOB and Group 1) at the BPUP Hound Show!
