"After a great deal of research and due diligence we settled on Marcie Brunner, owner of Warrior's, as breeder of our first whippet puppy. Marcie cares deeply about her dogs, and her breed lines, and she is careful who she selects to adopt one of her puppies. She has been a mine of information before we adopted our boy, Warrior’s Blue Ice of Twilight, and has been there for us ever since.

Sage has been very healthy - in fact ,our vet (who treats a number of whippets), commented on what great, strong bones he has. He’s smart. He absorbs his training like a sponge and excels at most every activity we ask him to do. He is sweet, gentle, loves everyone and wants to play with every dog he meets. 

And that brings me to what I consider to be the best characteristic of a Warrior Whippet. Their socialization. Marcie goes to great lengths to expose her pups to a whole variety of experiences. Not just visitors that come to the house, but she takes them out (safely, of course), and introduces all manner of things to them in their formative few weeks while they’re with her. As a result, very little fazes Sage, and he has been comfortable in all manner of situations. A self-confident, healthy dog is a joy to own, to train and to live with, and Marcie’s pups hit high on every marker."

"We received our first ever whippet from Warrior's and had an incredible experience. We feel as though a lot of thought and care was put into placing the right pup with our family. As new owners to the breed, Warrior Whippets provides us with a lot of ongoing education and opportunities. We feel as though we are a part of one big loving and supportive community."

"The BEST puppy experience. Loved all of the videos and info that was shared as the puppies were born. Our puppy was matched perfectly to our household, and he was house trained in days. Such a well-adjusted easy going and smart dog. He is so handsome, walks beautifully and very prey driven. Warrior Whippets breeder feels like a lifelong support network and advocate for this awesome whippet we get to share our home with. Thank you for Ziggy!"

"My daughter owns a Warrior's Whippet. He’s a good boy and VERY sweet and affectionate. His groomers noted his file as “extreme hugger!” He’s total lover and KEEN on a lure. Also, his movement was highly complimented by Judge James Moses. We love him so much!"

"I adopted Marcie's foundation dam, Cinna, as we were looking for an adult dog, and we are absolutely in love with our little girl. She is so smart, snuggly and sweet, and loves chasing her ball. Her temperament is by far one of the best out there, and she is very loyal and obeys commands, while being a charming rascal too.  Marcie has been an amazing resource for any health concerns, and has made and sent several pjs and beautiful Hygge Hound coats to our girl.  My husband was on the fence about getting another dog, but guess who sleeps in the bed with him now?"
