Cassi is a new (and our first) ISWS Show Champion!
At the 2026 SWC Jamboree Regional Specialty show in Elverta, CA, Cassi went Reserve Winners Bitch from a large Open class under judge (AWC President/Whippet Breeder) Guin Borstel! That placement earned her the final major win she needed to complete her ISWS Show Championship. The next day she also earned an ISWS Specialty Award of Merit under judge Raquel Flores.

Cassi earned her UKC Show Champion title in very limited showing on December 20, 2025!
It was also discovered that Cassi only needs 1 more major win from an ISWS Specialty show to finish her ISWS Championship title!
She will be 2 years old on February 22, 2026.
Meet Cassi!
Cassi is bred by and co-owned with Michelle Smith of Aeracura Silken Windhounds in Arizona. She is fun, animated and considers herself the life of the party. She has already proven to be keen and is full of structural strength at race practices (puppy bumps of course)! Her first show weekend resulted in 3 BOB out of 4, and a Reserve Best in Show Puppy!
At the 2024 Boofest Regional Specialty, Cassi once again blew us away from the 6-9 class. She earned herself 2 strong wins from the classes. She also achieved Best Puppy in Specialty and Best Opposite Sex Puppy in Specialty.
In November 2024, at the So Cal Silken Soiree, Cassi was awarded Best Puppy at both Specialty Shows.
In December 2025, Cassi finished her UKC Show Champion title.
In March 2026, Cassi finished her ISWS Show Champion title.
