Warrior's is a hobby breeder of Whippets as of 2019, and Silken Windhounds has been added as of 2024 for the future. Our primary purpose is preserving and/or improving the breeds. We focus on correct temperament, health improvement, and correct structure according to the written standard. We are involved in the AKC, UKC, and international show rings. We also participate in lure coursing, fast CAT, racing, barn hunt, and socials. The dogs we have produced have been involved with the same as well as many other recognized sports. We have litters available on occasion. We are also in contact with other breeders that we are comfortable with recommending and are always happy to help welcome newcomers to the breed or show ring! 

Warrior's is a family-based kennel, and all of our dogs are born and raised in our home. Puppies are exposed to all things: raised with indoor cats, other dogs, and small children, parks, car rides, crate training, and as many different possible experiences to give them the best start as they prepare to enter their new homes. Every breeding is carefully considered and heavily researched.

Health Testing

Whippets: OFA health tested before breeding - eyes, ears, and hearts.

Silken Windhounds: OFA eye, heart, thyroid and dentition certified/tested and cleared. 

Embark DNA (for MDR1 & CEA) tested and cleared.
