River earns her AKC Show Championship!
So excited to announce the completion of River's AKC Show Championship title in September 2026! While the first half of her points was earned in Southern California, the balance of her points was earned in Washington and Oregon. She was piloted by myself, Audrey Boyer ("Whippet Girl") and her mom, Che Rivera, and Lauren Levesque. Very proud of this Disco x Star daughter! This officially makes her the first female of our kennel to earn an AKC CH, and the third puppy from the litter to earn an AKC Champion title.

August 1, 2026 opened up as the perfect day for River to go Winners Bitch and Best of Winners at the Western Washington Hound Association specialty show! Thank you, Judge Dean Laney, for finding our girl among the solid line-up! She now only needs four single points to go. Did I mention that it was pouring down rain on show day?? What a solid-minded Whippet!
A huge thank you also to our friend Lauren Levesque, for handling our girl to perfection! She looked great with you on her lead!

River has a very fun and endearing temperament that we are in love with. She also inherited a strong keenness that we are excited for her to develop on the field. This is a dog that is super fun to live with, an easy keeper, and loves all the traveling. We are very excited to see where River takes us in our program.
